[Global Addressing] Section 3: Addresses

The first sentence:

"Addresses of the form defined by this specification MAY be used in conjunction with the core specification to
send messages across a network of cooperating AMQP intermediaries."

"core specification" should instead be a reference to the OASIS specification for AMQP.

The second sentence contains a "TODO xref", which should be fixed.
