      Minor issues in wd02:

      Sect 2.2.1.1:
      3rd paragraph: "SCTP is message oriented and supports framing of individual message boundaries." Should be "... messages." (not boundaries)
      4th paragraph: "It is designed to behave cooperatively with TCP sessions attempting to usethe same bandwidth." Need a space in "usethe"
