Inconsistent Common Attributes for Format, TypeDefinition, and AttributeDefiniion

      I just did a quick look at WD05 and noticed a few inconsistencies in the way the common attributes are applied for some of the resources.

      In particular:
      • Format
      The representationSkew attribute is missing.
      The mimeType attribute is placed in the middle of the common attributes.

      • TypeDefinition
      The representationSkew attribute is missing

      • AttributeDefinition
      The representationSkew attribute is missing
