Add non-normative spec section for guidance about "how to map CMIS onto DAV applications"

      We should add a non-normative section to spec talking about "best practices", guidance, potential "gotchas" around DAV-based applications on CMIS repositories. There are some common issues to be aware of, e.g.:

      • Same name siblings
      • File naming issues
      • Etc.

      We may also want to consider adding similar sections for mapping CMIS onto JSR-283 repositories.
