Document & Folder Object-Type Attribute "queryable" needs clarification.

      Table should be changed for Document/Folder to be RS. Update spec to say: Documents and Folders SHOULD be queryable.

      Line 966 (table, see row queryable) - Says queryable should be TRUE, but shouldn't this only be TRUE if the repository supports query (capacityQuery not none), and FALSE if capacityQuery is none? Same for folder @line 1024.
