      delete FolderTree is the same as delete descendants

      delete FolderTree is the same as delete descendants

      Since we now have getFolderTree, this maps to a new link relation in CMIS ns. When we do a delete on this resource, what should happen?

      1. Not specified
      2. DeleteTree (on both)
      3. DeleteTree only when FolderTree is deleted

      I think #2 makes more sense.
