      Part 2: Section 7.2.1 - the folder children resource GET states

      Response Format: application/atom+xml;type=feed (flat listing) or application/cmistree+xml (tree listing)

      The following arguments may be supplied. Please see the domain model for more information:
      If flat listing,maxItems and skipCount
      if tree listing, depth
      ...

      I would expect this resource to only return application/atom+xml;type=feed, and not support depth argument.
