Object-Types Link in spec document has wrong target

      We have several places in the spec document where a cross reference to "Object-Types" occurs. An example is section 2.2.2.3 getTypeChildren() at line 3384. This cross reference does not refer to the correct destination. The link refers to sectiion Access Control.This link occurs in many places.
