For consistency's sake, do not specify a repositoryId paramter here, just make it part of URI like the other services are described.

The getRepositoryInfo service currently requires the caller to specify either the header (which we've agreed to remove) or an http argument "repositoryId". In several of the other services, the built URI has this information built-in. getProperties, getTypeDefinition, getDescendants, etc.
