TAB Issue list

TAB (in the person of Patrick@Durusau.net) has raised a number of issues against our CD02:

  b) How to treat non-technical content such as the roles and responsibilities in the RPE
c) How to treat content such as the COEL itself which is not a standard, but an artefact that is expect to comply to the standard.
