New P-Mode parameters defined in non-normative part of spec

In section 5.2.1 the P-Mode parameter PMode[1].Security.SendReceipt.NonRepudiation is introduced and in section 5.2.2 PMode[1].ErrorHandling.Report.MissingReceiptNotifyProducer

Section 5.2 however is not included the conformance clauses defined section 6 and therefor non-normative. Both parameter should therefor be introduced in an earlier, normative, section.
