What are described as Constraints and Market Requirements (l441ff) are actually terms and conditions in contract law.
The constraints should be called "terms"; Market Requirements would seem to fit under the same name.
The EmixTerms (yes, this is reusing a name used in much earlier drafts) need to be clearly and consistently defined for use in e.g. Energy interoperation.
