      Lines 2613 and 2616 currently use the word "claim" inappropriately, as per:

      <wsa:EndpointReference>
      ...
      <wsid:Identity>...Claim...</wsid:Identity>
      ...
      </wsa:EndpointReference>
      The Identity element inside wsa:EndpointReference can hold any of the claims defined in Section 12.2 below.
