Support other token issuance protocols than WS-TRUST

      Add an optional field to the endpoint definition that signifies the protocol used to request a token.
      The default is WS-Trust if this new field is missing.

      Add an optional field to the endpoint definition that signifies the protocol used to request a token. The default is WS-Trust if this new field is missing.

      The token endpoint reference list in a card lists the endpoints where the selector can request a token.
      Currently only WS-Trust is supported to talk to the IDP.

      If ws addressing is not suitable to express other protocols then wsa should be changed to be only one option to sprecify addresses and protocols.
