Good use of non-normative comments, we usually call them notes, but other than the header, the comments are not distinct from the other text.

That is, I know where to start, where it says non normative comment but how do I know where to stop?

Suggest indenting non-normative comments/notes with a distinct style and use that style only for comments/notes.

Esp. for the table in the third comment.
