3.1 Connect - Client requests a connection to a Server reads in part:

      *****
After a Network Connection is established by a Client to a Server, the first flow from the Client to the Server MUST be a CONNECT Packet [MQTT-3.1.0-1].

A Client can only flow the CONNECT Packet once over a Network Connection.
      *****

The "flow" language threw me off. I assume this is equivalent to send/receive based on the context?

I ask because the numbers on forms of flow are:

      flow - 15
      flowed 4
      flowing 4
      flows 3

      where as:

      receive 23
      received 23
      receives 22

      send 27
      sending 13

So I would say the flow/flowed/flowing/flows is definitely in the minority. Suggest conforming to send/receive as the standard language for the draft.
