      Correct subsectioning by either creating a second subsection or by dividing the material differently. For example:

      1.4 Data Representation

      1.4.1 Bit Labeling and order

      Bits in a byte are labeled 7 through 0. Bit number 7 is the most significant bit, the least significant bit is assigned bit number 0.

      1.4.2 Integer data values

      1.4.3 UTF-8 encoded string

      and so on for the other cases.

      2 or more subsections are required to have divisions under a section or sub-section.

      1.4 -> 1.4.1?

      3.8.2 -> 3.8.2.1?

      3.8.3 -> 3.8.3.1?

      3.9.3 -> 3.9.3.1?

      4.7.2 -> 4.7.2.1?
