      Sort the references in Normative and non-normative references in alphabetical order.

      Sort the references in Normative and non-normative references in alphabetical order.

      Perhaps a minor point but sorting the references in both sections would make it easier to read and proof. The RFCs, for example, should be listed in numerical order.
