Typographically distinguish tables in examples from tables that are used in examples. And fix the character used in the example to display in all three formats.

      Description

1.4.1.2 UTF-8 encoded strings has an unnumbered example "LATIN CAPITAL Letter A followed by the code point U+2A6D4" in which the table is not distinguished from other tables, that is to say tables with normative information.

BTW, code point U+2A6D4 isn't displaying properly in the HTML version. The same code point is a space in the PDF. In the Word version, the code point also does not display.

I'm not going to file a separate issue but you should find a character for the example that works across all three formats.
