Unicode facet for terms, parameters, and return types

The Unicode facet is currently only defined for string properties, not for terms, parameters, and return types of type string.

This is odd because structured terms, parameters, and return types can have string properties with the Unicode facet. Why only for "wrapped" strings and not for plain unwrapped strings?
