      Description

      Currently we use http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/ns/csdl/4.0 as the namespace URL for the EDM namespace.

      As CSDL consists of EDMX plus EDM, it is confusing to have the name of the whole as an infix in the namespace for a part.

          Note that ODATA-204 still questions whether we should include the version in the namespace url, which can be considered orthogonally to this issue; if we remove the version we will do so consistently across the namespaces (or call out the specific namespaces that should not be versioned).

          Aligned with the currently proposed ODATA-204 I suggest to resolve this issue ODATA-268 with the following proposal:
          Use http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/ns/edm as the EDM namespace URL
