      Description

      According to the ABNF rule "time" Edm.Time is a xs:duration, see http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#duration.

      This is supported by the definition of the years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds functions in the URL Conventions contribution, the OSP OData specification http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd541295(v=prot.10) and the current implementations.

          Maybe we should rename this type to Edm.Duration, or introduce Edm.Duration as an alternative name.

          In accordance with our Sept 6, 2012 TC meeting we agreed to use this issue to get the document into a consistent state by making Edm.Time xs:duration throughout, and to use related DATA-107 to track the possibly renaming and/or addition of an xs:time type.
