      Section 17.242 fo:max-height

      Ed. Note I included the description "as is" as I don't find the dependency upon the setting of fo:min-height in fo. That may be incorrect.

      Oliver says:

      "I do not know why we have initial included the dependency of its unit to the one of fo:min-height.

      Does somebody else has knowledge about this dependency? "
