      Change description to:
The form:toggle attribute specifies whether a form button control acts as push button (the attribute being false) or as toggle button (the attribute being true).
A toggle button is similar to a check box (in fact, it could be considered a different visual representation of a check box), in that operating it once, by either mouse or keyboard, toggles its state between "pressed" and "not pressed".
A push button does not have those different states, instead its sole purpose is to trigger an action, which happens every time the user operates the button.
The default value for this attribute is false.

Ed. Note I am not sure how a push button differs from "pressed" and "not pressed" or if we simply did not say what happens if the attribute is true. Of if by "push button," the user cannot recover from any error.
