      Ed. Note I included the description "as is" as I don't find the dependency upon the setting of fo:min-height in fo. That may be incorrect.

      Oliver says: "In ODF 1.2 draft 6 and ODF 1.1 we had no reference to XSL. What was

      the reason to include it? Was it intention not to have it or was it a

      defect? "
