[Eric's] Proposal 1: We should require the $$ prefix for named expressions [Eike's] Proposal 2: No Action.

Given that a formula namespace the Named Expression identifier ($$) are both optional, how do we disambiguate a string like "OF:[.A5]"? In this case "OF" could be a named range/expression or a formula namespace.

This is especially difficult for formulas being used for Style:Condition because they lack an equals sign.

This was not resolved. Style:Condition and Table:condition state that they shall not include an equals sign and the use of a namespace is only a "should" not a "shall". Expressions starting with a named expression and a range operator (":") cannot be differentiated from a namespace and a colon.
