      Description

An important reason for the existence <table:covered-table-cell> was left out of version 1.2 of the specification. The well known format HTML does not have a covered-table-cell since in HTML @rowspan and @colspan suffice. In spreadsheets, covered cells do exist and can e.g. have active formulas.
