      Add a manifest in the model for Application Scenario Documents that specifies authoritative locations for the (latest) materials required, including the Application Scenario Document itself.

      It is desirable that an Application Scenario Document provide identification of all materials required for its employment along with a means of locating their latest versions. This applies to the Application Scenario Document itself, and any package it is found in.
