      1. Provide a (relative) link to the file

      2. Also provide a (relative) link to the correct container for the file

E.g., say "0004-simplepackage-encryption.odt in the files folder"

and files is a hyperlink to ../../../../files/

Examine page <http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/oic/TestSuite/branches/barth/odf12/scenarios/part3/3_manifest-file/3-4_manifest-encryption-data/001.html> for an illustration of this issue.

In the Files list of a TestSuite description page, there are relative links to binary files located elsewhere in the oic SVN repository.

These links are difficult to use because

      1. Following the link causes an attempt to open the binary file, and the user might not have the means to do that (because of browser, absence of special software that is needed, etc.)

      2. Attempting to save the target may be undesirable because the user does not want to make a copy but to find the file.
