      Change the dependency to a stable OASIS jar file.

      The POM for SPR_General_Java contains a dependency on the Tuscany SCA API:

          <dependencies>
              <dependency>
                  <groupId>org.apache.tuscany.sca</groupId>
                  <artifactId>tuscany-sca-api</artifactId>
                  <version>2.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
              </dependency>
          </dependencies>

      The POM should not depend on a SNAPSHOT version as it is inherently unstable and should instead depend on an OASIS jar.
