Incorrect handling of Property setting in some testcases

      There are problems in the handling of Properties in the following artifacts / testcases:

      service1AnnotatedConstructorImpl == POJO_5002_TestCase
      service1AnnotatedParameterConstructorImpl == POJO_5003_TestCase
      service1MultipleConstructorAnnotationsImpl == POJO_5006_TestCase
      service1MultipleAnnotatedConstructorsImpl == POJO_5007_TestCase

      this set of testcase artifacts either:

      a) do not correctly handle annotating of a field/setter meant to be a Property

      or

      b) do not set the field value for a property declared on a constructor

      In most cases, this resulted in Tuscany reporting the wrong error being reported for error cases, but there are some positive testcases that started to fail once we fixed the Tuscany code. Some of the b) cases were getting away with the error by pure chance...
