      The Open Virtual Format (OVF) specification addresses the format and deployment of virtual images. SDD addresses software deployment that could encompass virtual images. It is suggested that perhaps OVF could align with, reuse, have affinity with, learn from other otherwise be positioned with respect to SDD.
