      Use OASIS xNAL, and Deprecate:
      sdd-common:Name
      sdd-common:Location
      sdd-common:Address
      sdd-common:Country
      And possibly sdd-common:ContactInformation

After initial discussion, TC decided that drawbacks outweigh benefits (among these are additional complexity from additional namespace; multiple ways to specify the address information; and also that our current schema aligns with OGF-ACS, who has adopted our PackageDescriptor; not convinced that value of this change is sufficient given that we'd have to deprecate existing schema). Initial proposal withdrawn; closed without any changes.

SDD includes properties such as name, address, etc., for which an OASIS standard (xNAL) already exists. Suggested that using xNAL to specify these properties, rather than defining our own SDD elements, might be an improvement.
