Potential new featues identified, including feature selection with aggregation and Requisites in aggregated packages ("inline" vs. "by reference" packaging; issue of inability to "remove" or "override"; also issues with Features, etc.). TC decided to combine these two related topics. Several use cases seem to support the need or desire for these capabilities.
