      Error metadata was deemed out of scope for v1.0 of the SDD standard. Several use cases would benefit from this capability if added to the specification and schema.

      Need to determine whether or not this information should be part of the standard and if this is still worth pursuing. This determination will be guided by implementation experience; this issue is a placeholder for now.
