Specification erratum to point to correct schema files

      Generate RDDL namespace documents for the CL1 and CL2 schema files. Update the specification to point to the RDDL files rather than directly to the schema files. This enables us to update only the RDDL files, and not the specificaiton itself, if the schema files are updated again in the future.

      v1.0 standard specification had references to obsolete schema files. The content of the schema files was correct, but the nomenclature of the schema files was not – the "OS" version of the specification pointed to "CD" versions of the schema files.
