      Refer to issue SOA-EERP-37, http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/SOAEERP-37, the service URI will be addressed on the protocol spec.
      Issues around the services will be addressed on SOAEERP-22 and SOAEERp-25.

      There are no schema changes for these three specs: bQoS, bRating, and bSLA, from CD03 to WD09, and the XML Schema of EERP protocol as it is stated in the EERP protocol WD03, per http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/soa-eerp/document.php?document_id=37452 will have no changes needed for XML schema of three specs: bQoS, bRating, and bSLA.

      4. The TC should consider whether the details of how services and service providers are identified is consistent with good practices in defining information exchanges. In other words, these specifications may need to change due to design considerations for the protocol, which is not being reviewed at this time. A review with a future version of these specifications and the protocol should undergo a unified public review in the future.
