The service definitions for exchanging the artifacts in CD04 will be in the Protocol Spec.

The definitions and relationships of actors (e.g., what is a rating service provider? is it a service as in the services that have bSLA?) must be in that component.

No change. The white paper addresses this, and the incomplete Protocol spec also addresses this.

      9. The White paper does not carefully define a model or architecture for interaction; those aspects of EERP should be spelled out in the forthcoming protocol specification. Some may be better in these specifications, e.g., could it be stated that only a rating service returns a rating list? and only a business service (still undefined) returns credentials?
