In addition to the reply by Andy with the following text:

      "Caiyong,

      Thanks for your comments.

As stated in the white paper End-to-End Resource Planning (EERP) Model and Use Cases, SOA-EERP Services are performed by people, machines, and hardware/software applications, and represented by SOA services. The application of these three specs are any kind of business services, and they are not limited to only Web Services.

Software as A Service (SaaS) in the Cloud will also need to deal with business quality of service, rating of the service and the business service level agreement. Therefore, these three SOA-EERP specs can be applied to SaaS as well.

      Best regards,
      Andy Lee,
      SOA-EERP TC Co-chair"

It is proposed to add the following text to three specs:

"The applications of this specification are any kind of business services, and they are not limited to only Web Services."

And add the following text to the white paper:

"In this context, a service is a component capable of performing a task, or a type of capability described using WSDL, while SOA is referred to by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) as a set of components which can be invoked, and whose interface descriptions can be published and discovered. The applications of these three specifications are any kind of business services, and they are not limited to only Web Services."

      Hi:
I have reviewed these three specs posted. They are very interesting. I have a high level question: what is the target service for these three specs to apply to? Is this for SOA Web Services only, or can be applied to other kind of services? For example, can these three specs be applied to Software as a Service (SaaS) in the Cloud?
