      Description

      3.1 1.4 reads: "MUST be conformant with Version 1.0 (or higher) of the Language Specification" as do several other conformance targets.

      It isn't clear to me how a present application can be required to conform to a future version of a language not yet written. I don't know what test would be used or how it would be meaningful.
