Work product title and version number: Network Course Of Action Specification
      1.0
      Work product abbreviation: Network_COA
      Track: Standards Track Work Product
Abstract: To accelerate the response to newly detected incidents and new
      types
of threat indicators, we need ways to express detailed recommended actions.
      In
this specification, the STIX Structured CourseOfAction field is extended in
order to provide actionable details that can be used to carry out
      investigation,
remediation, or mitigation of threats. By combing machine and human readable
elements, the extensions provide IT security professionals with actionable
details to go along with the threat information provided by STIX, making it
easier for them to select and initiate an appropriate response to an
      incident.
