      Description

      I don't anticipate any problem with the ballot to approve SARIF v2.1.0 COS02 and submit it to the membership. I reviewed the changes and, to me, they look non-material.

      For that reason, I'm opening the ticket to start the publication of COS02. The revised editorial source files can be found at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=66750&wg_abbrev=sarif

      Getting a head start with loading COS02 will let us go quickly to the call for consent once the SMV by the TC passes.
