added a comment - This consists of a single DOCX file.
It contains no images other than the OASIS logo, so the HTML format should be modified to pull the logo from https://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/OASISLogo-v3.0.png instead of using a separate image directory.
synced canonical TC directory to ztest to create staging directory
created stage directory [typically ".../ztest/TCName/WorkProductAbbreviation/VersionNumber/Stage"]
copied files into stage directory
updated existing symlinks [or added new symlinks]
installed README warning file [and public review metadata file]
set timestamps for directory and symlinks, also for version directory.
checked installation
No publication issues noted
Noted editorial issue which the TC should correct in any subsequent publications - In the Conformance section 7, the text reads " [...] MUST support the extended data flow model in Section 0 [...]". I think this should refer to Section 2.
Sent email to Editor, Chairs, and Chet to approve this change:
We are currently preparing the Committee Specification 01 for publication - tracked in https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-4146. I noted an issue which may qualify as an "editorial change" that can be handled during publication, if you want to do this, and if Chet agrees with the assessment.
Otherwise, it should be fixed in a later publication as a "non-material change".
Here's the issue:
In the Conformance section 7, the text reads " [...] MUST support the extended data flow model in Section 0 [...]".
I think this should refer to Section 2 "Extended Data-flow Model".
so: Steven, Hal, or Bill: Should we make this change?
Chet, do you agree that this is something that (with the TC's editorial team approval) can be modified during publication as an editorial change?
In my opinion, the intent of the Conformance section is already unambiguous, since the description of the section matches the title of Section 2. It is clearly an editorial change, since there is no "Section 0".
Please review the staging server installation of the files for XACML v3.0 Dynamic Attribute Authority v1.0 cs01.
I noted one editorial issue which may result in a single change, but if needed, I can apply that after the initial staging review (before publication in the OASIS Library - docs.oasis-open.org).
This is a prose document with no additional artifacts.

added a comment - After discussions with Editor and approval by Chet, I've applied the following changes, all editorial.
fix 2 places where "Section 0" appears instead of intended "Section 2" (Conformance and Introduction)
correct "such a" to be "such as" in Section 6.
(Changes are not yet included in the staged files.)
Synced files from /ztest to canonical directory (/htdocs)
Synced to OASIS Library (docs.oasis-open.org)
checked links, etc.
no issues noted other than the presence of hyperlinks where plain text is expected in the examples listed in Section 5.
requested sanity check:
Hi all,
Please review the OASIS Library installation of the files for XACML v3.0 Dynamic Attribute Authority v1.0 cs01.
This includes the two fixes for "Section 0". I didn't note any issues other than many instances of plain text being changed to hyperlinked text in the example listings in Section 5.

added a comment - Added to the standards page - https://www.oasis-open.org/standard/xacml-v3-0-dynamic-attribute-authority-version-1-0-committee-specification-01/
The TC web page is dense with entries so I'll leave it up to them to add this in. They may want to overhaul their web page at some point.
Article published and tweeted.
Looks like everything is done. I will close this ticket.
