Register DITA as a MIME type with IANA

Per email message from Don Day titled "MIME type for DITA - RFC (approved by Technical Committee)" on July 29th, please register DITA as a MIME type with the IANA.

Body of message: "Hi, Jamie. I was configuring a server to ensure that browsers would read DITA files with .dita extensions as XML, which got me to checking into an old request for formal registration of a DITA MIME type:

I haven't pushed this item as priority before, but as DITA picks up steam, I think this formalization becomes more important for increasing DITA's adoption into the "on the web" mainstream. If you have some time, could you look into the OASIS process for getting this request submitted and formally endorsed by IANA?"
