FIXED - CSD03 - Define normative tosca.nodes.Network Node Type (for simple networks)

Please note we have some submissions from Luc as how to model full network topologies, but this may be overkill for something like OpenStack Nova (aka. Nova Network). What Luc suggests is more for full OpenStack Neutron networks which has a model (as does CFN and several other open networking solutions like Open Flow).

We need to perhaps assign a dedicated WG to this latter task and in the general group define just what is needed for "simple" network description (with simple QoS policy association in mind)
