Codes in the Procurement Project

I think we should reopen the discussion on whether we should or not to have the possibility of expressing the activities (services or works) to be perfomed in a procurement project.

Otherwise we'll have to require this by means of a criterion....very ugly.

If the ESPD has identified this need other will eventually do, too.
