Inconsistent definition for UnknownPriceIndicator

      Description

      Given the element name "UnknownPriceIndicator", if the value is "true", we would expect the price to be unknown while the element's definition states: "An indicator that the subcontract price is known (true) or not (false)". Element is present in PIN, CN and CAN and may be others.

      How is it in practice? Should this be fixed?

          I think it should be fixed, however the issue of backwards compatibility is complex. Do we know of anyone using this, and if so, how they have interpreted the inconsistency between the element name and its description? Could we fix the description for 2.3 and issue an errata for previous versions?

          we decided to change the definition  solving the inconsistency, and inform the community in the known mistakes annex

          Resolution agreed at the TC meeting today:

          1. Change definition to "An indicator that the subcontract price is known (false) or not (true)".
          2. Add the correction to the list of known errors in the annex A.6 of the specification.
