Problem description for DEN Subcontract Terms. Rate

      The UBL 2.1 description for DEN "Subcontract Terms. Rate" is meaningless. Does anyone know what the correct definition should be? The BBIE data type is "Rate" which has no unit of measurement, so it is just a number.
