as part of UBL-18 there was a request to add a WithholdingTaxAmount to LegalMonetaryTotal so that all totals of a invoice/creditnote document are included in there.
This also means that an explanation is needed to help people with the use of this new field, and how it relates to the rest of the invoice/creditnote document.
Also the exact term of this new element needs to be determined using the latest NDR
