currently we do not have any elements describing stackability at all in UBL. If we start adding this, we need to also think in which other place we need this? and what other properties we want to include (like max stackable hight etc etc?)

This needs to be discussed in a broader group before we can start adding this in UBL.

Added Stackable quantity to package in the TSC spreadsheet, maximum is implicit given in the (-able part)
